PC #111: Old City Walls of Jerusalem and David Tower, Israel

Themed Messages RR- The RR for people who love to write more than just “Many greetings… ” on the postcard.

My first card from the Holy Land of Israel. It shows the old city walls of Jerusalem, the largest and capital city of Israel, and the Tower of David. The tower isn’t, of course, the original. It was built and rebuilt continuously starting 2nd Century BC, serving as a citadel to defend the city. It’ll always be a dream for me to visit the place.

As for the message, Redjarl defined love as a certain moment when “cheeks are blushing”, there’s “warmth inside” and the want “to do something extraordinary”. Just like her, I would easily fall perhaps for a guy who’s “really cute, blond with blue eyes, great smile…” But really, for me, it’s the character that matters in the long run. Well-written, Redjarl, and many thanks!

Extraordinary stamps, I like!! although I can’t read nor understand the language. The stamps are divided by several tiny holes, so there’s the upper part which is a bit bigger, and the lower part (one-half the size of the upper).
