“As the days grew longer the hens began laying eggs again. Fresh eggs marked the beginning of spring at the croft house. Boiled eggs were part of the Easter feast along with gold colored pancakes. Homegrown eggs in grandma’s basket in Western Finland.”
Thanks to Juho for this nice Easter card. 😉

What is a friend? In life, I realized that it’s not practical to have yourself too attached to people, esp to friends. Most of them are temporary. You just met them coz they’re meant to teach you something. But all in all, they’re not gonna be there forever, no matter how hard you try to maintain the relationship. There will be circumstances that would keep you apart from each other. So the best thing to do would be to cherish every moment you share with a friend. 😉
Thanks to Hanna (sevvie) for sharing this card.
Waah! This is a STAMP! One of my favorites. Awesome! Very good, Finland!
This post might be a little late, but it’s still my pleasure to have this card here. It’s a glittery Valentines card from Kata, sent in an envelope, with yummy Salmiakki candies! ;p Kata said Valentines in Finland isystävänpäivä, or day of friends. Valentines Day for me is Happy Independence Day! 😉
Nice art stamp used. Thanks so much, Kata!
And here comes a card from Santa’s hometown! Niina thoughtfully sent all her Christmas wishes and greetings on this card, and also it comes with cute Santa stickers. Thanks, Niina 😉
Even the stamp is Christmas-related. Happiness..
